Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Quick Weave.

A Quick Weave is temporary and typically lasts 1–2 weeks depending on activity level, adhesive strength, and proper care. It's designed for short-term styling, so expect shorter wear than sew-ins; regular gentle handling will maximize its lifespan.

Most hair types can wear a Quick Weave, but hair condition and density matter. Thin or fragile hair may need alternative methods. We assess your hair during consultation and recommend the safest, most flattering approach for texture and scalp health.

You can swim or exercise with a Quick Weave, but chlorine, saltwater, and sweat reduce adhesive lifespan. Wear a swim cap, rinse and condition after exposure, and avoid heavy perspiration soon after application to prevent loosening.

Wait 24–48 hours before washing to allow adhesive to set. Use gentle sulfate-free products and avoid scrubbing the weft area. Pat dry and style carefully; following aftercare instructions preserves hold and appearance during the temporary wear period.

When applied and removed properly, a Quick Weave shouldn't cause lasting damage. Excessive tension, poor adhesive choices, or prolonged wear can stress hair. Our stylists use gentle techniques and recommend breaks between applications to protect natural growth and scalp health.

Coloring or major restyling Quick Weave hair is possible but not recommended while attached. Chemical services can weaken adhesives and affect weft integrity. Remove extensions for coloring or heat-intensive work, then reapply for optimal results and minimal risk.
