Bringing your wig is preferred so we can style the exact piece you’ll wear. If you don’t have one, contact us—limited salon stock or rental options may be available. We also accept pre-sent wigs with care instructions; label them clearly.

Most styling is temporary—heat, pins, and products typically wash out or reset. Permanent changes like cuts or chemical treatments are only done with your consent and may be irreversible. Your stylist will discuss outcomes during consultation to ensure you’re comfortable.

Bring a clean, detangled wig on a stand or in a breathable bag. Remove heavy products unless recommended and bring reference photos and accessories. If the wig needs washing, arrive early or schedule a wash service beforehand for best results.
